It is possible for all remote sites to view each and every seminar by polycom.

All you have to do is to dial 7831040 at 3:50pm, 10 minutes before the seminar.

Please do not attempt to dial our Polycom unit directly. In order to simplify connecting a variable

set of multiple endpoints each week, all remote sites wishing to connect any Thursday are

asked to join by dialing 7831040 from their videoconferencing systems between 3:45 and 4:00 PM.

Any sooner and the conference will not have begun; any later and you risk disturbing the ongoing seminar.

As a courtesy, please keep your microphones muted except when wishing to speak.
