Profile:

     Craig was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan and spent most of his life in the West Michigan area.  He graduated from Calvin College in 2002 with a degree in biology.  He then earned a Master’s degree in entomology from Purdue University where he studied fruit and vegetable pest management.  After graduating in December 2004, he moved to the University of Florida to pursue a Ph.D.  He plans to do research on the blueberry gall midge (Dasineura oxycoccana), an emerging pest of blueberry.  Craig’s research interests include IPM, ecology, and sustainable agriculture.
