Dear Subscriber:

Hydrilla IPM RAMP Newsletter
January 2013

The Hydrilla IPM RAMP Team wishes you a happy new year!

We decided to begin the 2013 newsletter series by featuring one of our team members and will continue to introduce the team to you throughout the year.

Featuring Joan Bradshaw
Dr. Joan Bradshaw is one of our extension team members and a highly valued source of knowledge, creativity, and energy. She is the County Extension Director (CED) of UF/IFAS Citrus County Extension and in this role provides leadership and supervision to the entire Citrus County Extension program.

She also serves the Florida community as natural resource conservation faculty in four UF/IFAS County Extension Services (Citrus, Hernando, Pasco, and Sumter). As such, she has designed, implemented, and evaluated numerous programs that educate our citizens about sustainability, water conservation, pollution prevention, and shoreline stewardship.

You can find out more about the exciting projects and activities directed by Dr. Bradshaw by reading the Citrus County Extension January-March 2013 Newsletter.

As always, we acknowledge the funding provided by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, National Institute of Food and Agriculture, Risk Avoidance and Mitigation Program (grant 2010-02825).

Logo Look forward to our next newsletter with updates on ongoing research and extension activities.
